The blades fan out from a matte black bead that sits at the lobe, and each blade carries an etched orchid line that only reads close up — from across a room these are a clean gold tone wedge, and from arm's length they are a drawing. The scale is small enough to wear every day and the shape is graphic enough that they do not disappear. Wear them with a high collar so the fan has something flat to sit against.
