Tabi ballet flats with a ribbon problem. Elodie laces a fine cord back and forth across the vamp and finishes it in a bow that sits just off center, over a smooth black vegan leather upper soft enough to fold. The toe splits clean down the middle. Everything else stays low — a slim sole, a shallow side, nothing at the heel. These black ballet flats are the version that still works when the rest of the outfit is severe. Wear them with sheer socks, or bare with cropped trousers and let the bow do the softening.
