Will my phone fit inside the bag?
Definitely! Our product descriptions include interior dimensions. Most bags fit standard-sized phones, keys, cards, and your favorite lip gloss.
Why does my bag have a slight smell?
New vegan leather sometimes has a mild scent—it’s harmless and will fade in a few days after unboxing.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the delivery timeline?
Free shipping on orders over $50.
All orders will be shipped within 3-7 business day from our warehouse and will be delivered at your door within 7-20 business days.
How does the shipping process go?
A confirmation email once your order has been placed and confirmed.
A shipping confirmation email once your order officially leaves our warehouse and begins its journey to you.
And lastly, what you have been waiting for, an arrival email to alert you that your lilcacti package has been delivered.
Does lilcacti ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, there are some destinations that we are not able to ship to. Please see the shipping availability at check out. Currently we offer free shipping worldwide for orders over $50.
CUSTOMS DUTIES: Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Lilcacti cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
